Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

We can't have crappy art going around and giving the average joe a thought that they could make it big with MS Paint. He was wasting his time, if that was seriously all he was good at, theres a little thing called 'practice' which he never gave a shot either, but insistantly posted more crap over and over.
